Inside Sales Representative (fulltime)

Our sales strategy and execution is primary to the company. The Sales department primarily takes care of the development and realization of turnover, margin and market share within the organizational need.

The Inside Sales person takes care of his/her contribution to the turnover and margin targets and supports the customer optimal in the various stages of the sales process.

In the position of Inside Sales you report to the Head of Sales.

__ What does an Inside Sales Representative?_________________________________

As our Inside Sales Representative, you are the central point of contact for sales @ Technomed thanks to your communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships

  • With your commercial drive and customer focus you know better than anyone else how important it is to identify the correct input to get the best results.
  • Among others, you make quotations and price lists, manage customer contracts and you are thé point of contact for customers by phone.
  • It’s all about connection! A good relationship with the customer is essential for good business. Flexible as you are, you are always willing to take the extra step for your customer, even when things are hectic.
  • You are comfortable interacting on different levels of contact points with the customer, being owners, buyers, technicians etc. and dare to keep asking questions to explore the exact needs of the customer.
  • You enjoy being in direct contact with our customers and build the relationship and at the same time you love administrative support activities that provides a qualitative foundation.

Together with the Area Sales Managers and New Business Development Manager you manage an average of 120 customers worldwide.

_ Your profile_______________________________________________________________

To be successful in this position, you would meet the following qualifications:
  • You at least have 2 years of work experience in a commercial role.
  • You are passionate by sales and customer satisfaction.
  • You feel at home in a medical environment where quality, procedures and processes are an important part of your daily work.
  • You are accurate and administratively strong.
  • You are an excellent communicator in English and Dutch (written and oral).
  • With you proactiveness and hands-on mentality, you achieve your goals according to the deadlines.
  • You have experience with an ERP system, preferable Navision and as QMS, we use Pro.File.
Preferable you have worked with these or, at least you have experience with similar systems.

You do not match the job requirements exactly? We are not looking for the perfect non-existing candidate! You do have to possess the competences below and a great awareness and understanding of working in a high performance, hands-on medical company.

Customer focus: Examining wishes and demands of internal and external customers and acting accordingly. Putting the customer first without compromising the business interests. Being able to pick up important information from oral communication.

Commercial drive: Energize the will and the power to generate business. See and use commercial opportunities.

Result oriented: Being focused on achieving goals and results. Despite setbacks or distractions, being able to continue the focus.

Ownership: Takes responsibility for his/her own work. Shows self-discipline and commitment to agreements and deadlines made.

It would be an absolute benefit if you have expertise and experience in one of the areas below:
  •      Medical devices / biomedical.
  •      Complex capital equipment systems.
  •      Neuromodulation / Neurophysiology / Neuromonitoring / Nerve Monitoring, EEG or EMG.
  •      Have launched a 510K product in the US.
